North Carolina woman jailed uner $2M bond for house arrest violation
ASHEBORO — An Asheboro woman was arrested after violating the terms of her electronic house arrest Monday. According to Capt. Scott Stockner of the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, Neli Rene Oaks, 22, 117 Dixon St., Asheboro, was released from the Randolph County Jail less than a week ago.
