NFL explains replay reversal of Browns' 1st down
An NFL spokesman said the NFL pieced together two angles Sunday to clarify that Carlos Hyde’s wrist and elbow hit the ground before the ball reached the line to gain when it overturned a first down that would have sealed a victory for the Browns.
