1. Taste of Fayetteville: The ninth annual Taste of Fayetteville is today from noon to 5 p.m. in Festival Park. Learn about area restaurants and try sample-size servings of popular menu items. There will be celebrity chef demonstrations, a kids zone and live music. Admission is free but taste tickets will be required to sample the food. Samples are typically between one and four tickets.
