1. Light Up Fayetteville in Pink: Fayetteville resident Gladys Hill is continuing her Light Up Fayetteville in Pink campaign. She is having an event today from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Metropolitan Room in downtown Fayetteville. She will be selling T-shirts for $15 and bright pink bulbs for $5. Proceeds will go to Cape Fear Valley’s Breast Care Center. Hill has again partnered with Mid-South Lighting, which is donating the bright pink light bulbs.
