Mount Vernon Estates dam project in limbo after Cumberland County commissioners' vote
County commissioners voted 4-3 on Monday to delay a watershed improvement project that would have repaired a dam in the southern part of the county.It’s unclear whether or not the decision will kill the project in the Mount Vernon Estates neighborhood.
