Man in wheelchair hit, killed by van while crossing street in North Carolina
CHARLOTTE — A man in a wheelchair who was hit by a van while crossing the street has died in North Carolina.WBTV-TV cites a Charlotte-Mecklenburg police release that says 61-year-old Michael Ellis was hit Saturday night.
