Kremlin says Turkey doing its best to fulfill Idlib obligations
Turkey is doing its best to fulfill difficult obligations on establishing a demilitarized zone in Idlib, and Russia does not see a threat the agreement would fail, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Tuesday.
