City Council learns that lofty cleanup goals come with a price
The Fayetteville City Council is trying to move ahead with an aggressive campaign to spruce up the city, but members are learning that it comes with a price tag.The council has agreed it wants streetlights on all city thoroughfares. Mayor Mitch Colvin wants vegetation that is covering sidewalks and rights of way to be removed.
