Umpire West takes cheat sheet from Phils' Davis
When Phillies reliever Austin Davis referred to a cheat sheet for information on the Cubs hitters in the eighth inning Saturday night, veteran umpire Joe West took the card, saying it wasn’t permitted under the game’s rules.
