UK finance minister says BoE governor to stay on as Brexit turbulence looms
Mark Carney will stay on as Bank of England governor until the end of January 2020 to help navigate the turbulence of Brexit, Britain’s finance minister said on Tuesday, as he warned time was running out to secure a deal with the EU on future ties.
