Spring Lake residents rescued from apartments
SPRING LAKE — Fort Bragg soldiers and Spring Lake firefighters escorted at least 11 people from the Heritage at Fort Bragg apartments on Monday morning.Apartment buildings that back up near the Little River were surrounded by knee-deep water, which was slowly rising.
