Spring Lake church facing extensive rebuild: "I love this little place"
SPRING LAKE — The Rev. Floyd Benfield opens up the front doors of the small white church where, just inside, a heavy sewage smell permeates the air.The sanctuary lies in shambles, with some of the oak-wood pews twisted around others.
