Meteorologist: Bad weather hasn't even started yet in Fayetteville
Flooding along the Cape Fear River is expected as the major effects from Hurricane Florence on Cumberland County have not yet been felt, meteorologist Ryan Ellis with the National Weather Service in Raleigh said shortly after the 5 a.m. update.He said 15 inches of rain is still expected.
