Man gets 10 years in murder-for-hire plot
An Elizabethtown man was sentenced to 10 years in prison in a murder-for-hire plot, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.Francisco Damian Torres-Victoria, 25, was sentenced by U.S. Senior District Judge Malcolm J.
