Hurricane Florence closings, cancellations and delays
•A N.C. Department of Transportation public meeting scheduled for Sept. 11 at the Bill Sapp Recreation Center in Lumberton has been postponed. It will be rescheduled later in the fall. •The Masters of Soul concert scheduled for Sept. 14 at the Carolina Civic Center Historic Theater in Lumberton has been rescheduled to Jan. 26, 2019. All tickets purchased for this show will be honored for the Jan. 26 show with the same seating.
