How to protect yourself against mosquitoes
The standing water from Florence is increasing the number of mosquitoes throughout North Carolina, according to the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.The agency has issued a statement saying that large populations of mosquitoes can emerge days to weeks after heavy rains or flooding.
