Harnett animal shelter at capacity, may start euthanizations today
LILLINGTON — The Harnett County Animal Shelter is at capacity and will begin euthanizing today if there are no public adoptions or pulls by rescue groups.Through Tuesday, the public adoption fees for dogs will be reduced to $40 for dogs and $20 for cats.
