Germany's Maas offers Turkey help with Syrian refugees
Germany is prepared to offer humanitarian assistance to countries harboring Syrian refugees if it comes to an all-out government offensive in Idlib, Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said in Ankara on Wednesday.
