Fayetteville driver, shot with todder in car, ID'ed
Fayetteville police have identified the driver who was shot and killed Monday off Raeford Road with a toddler in the car. Investigators have not found the shooter.The man was Justin L. Williams, 32, of the 6300 block of Raeford Road, police said.
