Deputies charge 18-year-old with kidnapping
Cumberland County Sheriff deputies on Monday charged an 18-year-old from Hoke County with second-degree kidnapping.Joshua Caleb Hunt, no specific address given, also was charged with discharging a firearm to cause fear, a news release said.According to the Sheriff’s Office, Robert Lockamy called deputies to his business, Extreme Green Nursery and Landscape, on the 3500 block of Gillespie Street.
