Cumberland County saves $9 million in energy costs
When Cumberland County signed a contract in 2004 with Johnson Controls Inc. that guaranteed $6.2 million in energy savings over 12 years, Commissioner Jeannette Council said she was skeptical.Council and her fellow commissioners on Thursday heard a final report on that contract.
