SPRING LAKE — The roof of the Starlite Motel buckled and Guns Plus and other businesses continued to be inundated by floodwaters from the Little River, which had swallowed more than a quarter-mile stretch of Bragg Boulevard on Tuesday.The U.S. Geological Survey put markers down on the boulevard to gauge whether the water was receding.
