Bladen County fire claims life of 82-year-old woman
ELIZABETHTOWN — An 82-year-old woman died Wednesday in a fire at her home in Bladenboro, the Bladen County Sheriff’s Office said.The fire was reported about 11:45 p.m. at 8511 N.C. 41, the home of Joyce Beard Dowless, deputies said.
