Acquaintance charged in fatal shooting on Windy Hill Circle
A Fayetteville man was charged with voluntary manslaughter in the Wednesday shooting death of an acquaintance at a home on Windy Hill Circle in the Summerhill Townhomes apartments near Yadkin and Fillyaw roads.The shooting happened at the home of Michael Ray Toler Jr., 18, who lives on the 700 block of Windy Hill Circle, according to Fayetteville police.
