Shooter threat at Fayetteville City Hall causes panic

A caller who threatened to open fire in Fayetteville’s City Hall on Tuesday afternoon created a frenzied scene of fear and confusion on Hay Street.  Fayetteville police swarmed into the downtown area around 3 p.m. after a city office received the threat.
