POLKTON — A correctional officer at one of North Carolina’s most dangerous prisons is facing charges she smuggled drugs to inmates.State prison officials said the 34-year-old officer is charged with felony conspiracy to deliver marijuana and the opioid drug suboxone and felony possession of the same drugs.
