Sampson County man killed in single-vehicle wreck near Clinton
CLINTON — A Sampson County man was killed Wednesday in a single-vehicle crash on Old Warsaw Road about a mile from his home, the N.C. Highway Patrol said.The wreck happened about 1:25 p.m., about four-tenths of a mile east of Matthis Road and about 3 3/4 miles east of Clinton, according to a report filed by Trooper A.B.
