Jacksonville — An Onslow County Sheriff’s Office deputy, who has served as a school resource officer and is accused of possessing child porn, has been fired.Mark Andrew Perrigo, 50, of Riverbirch Plaza in Jacksonville was charged Tuesday by the N.C.
