1. N.C. Grape Festival: The annual N.C. Grape Festival is scheduled for Oct. 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lu Mil Vineyard. There will be a super yard sale (call 910-866-5819 for information about free booth space), a grape stomp competition, entertainment, a pancake breakfast and food truck roundup.
