(AP) ” North Carolina’s transportation secretary is scheduled to outline the state’s latest plans for the Interstate 77 toll lanes.The Charlotte Observer reports NCDOT Secretary Jim Trogdon is set to speak Wednesday at the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce.
