Mirror Lake dam on Fayetteville council agenda Monday
Fayetteville is moving ahead with plans to replace the Mirror Lake dam that was damaged by Hurricane Matthew nearly two years ago.The City Council on Monday is expected to pick a firm to rebuild the dam, which would be the first owned by the city to be replaced since the storm.The dam was severely damaged when the lake topped the roadway during the hurricane in October.
