GODWIN — John C. McCollum, the religious minister facing multiple criminal charges of forcing children to work for free in his fish markets in Cumberland County, died Wednesday.He was 67 and had congestive heart failure, said lawyer Allen Rogers, who was handling McCollum’s criminal defense.
