Hope Mills man charged with forcing woman to engage in sex act
A Hope Mills man is accused of forcing a woman to engage in a sexual act, according to an arrest warrant in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.Christopher Lee McHargue, 41, of the 4600 block of Cedar Pass Drive, was charged Wednesday with second-degree sex offense.The alleged incident happened July 5, the warrant said.Bail was set at $15,000.Nancy McCleary
