Fayetteville police have charged a driver who was involved in a fatal motorcycle crash Friday morning on South Reilly Road near Cliffdale Road,Terry R. Sanders, 43, of the 4600 block of Desert Ridge Road in Parkton, is charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle and unsafe movement resulting in a crash causing damage or injury, a police news release said.The motorcyclist has been identified as Dustin J.
