Fayetteville City Hall locked down following shooting threat
Fayetteville police swarmed into the downtown area Tuesday afternoon after someone called and threatened to shoot up City Hall.City Hall and the nearby AIT building were locked down, and Hay Street and Ray Avenue were blocked as officers searched the area, said police Sgt.
