DEVELOPING: Woman found dead in Fayetteville home
A woman was found dead Wednesday evening in a home off Yadkin Road, Fayetteville police say.Officers went to the home on the 700 block of York Road, in the Cottonade neighborhood near Fort Bragg, to do a well-being check around 6:15 p.m. They found the woman unresponsive.
