Cumberland County commissioners remove Parks and Rec chairman
Cumberland County commissioners voted 5-2 Monday to remove the chairman of the Fayetteville-Cumberland Parks & Recreation Advisory Commission because of a letter he wrote to the Fayetteville mayor and City Council in May.
