Cumberland County commissioners approve plan for development on Cumberland Road
The Cumberland County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a plan Monday that calls for prohibition of heavy development along the parts of Cumberland Road, where sewer is unavailable.The Cumberland Road Business Street Plan, which covers the area between Owen Drive and Hope Mills Road, says extending sewer to the eastern half of the road closer to Owen Drive would cost more than running sewer lines to the western half.The county Joint Planning Board unanimously […]
