Congo ruling coalition's presidential candidate to be announced 'in the coming hours'
The presidential candidate to represent Democratic Republic of Congo President Joseph Kabila’s ruling coalition in December’s election will be announced “in the coming hours”, the government spokesman said on Tuesday.
