Cindy is moving up in the world.From the ghetto, to the ‘hood, to the neighborhood … and now to college.Cindy is the protagonist in an original play written by Joyce Malone and presented annually by young people in the Seabrook area.The musical, which will be presented Sept. 8 in the E.E.
