ABERDEEN — A 19-year-old was airlifted to UNC Hospitals in Chapel HIll after he was shot Thursday afternoon near Pinebluff.Kelvin Tre Harris Jr., 25, of Longleaf Road in Aberdeen, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury and possession of a firearm by a felon.Emergency responders were called to a home on Longleaf Road shortly after 3 p.m., authorities said.
