Spring Lake tire fire contained, cause is under investigation
SPRING LAKE — The cause of a fire that ignited about 200 tires at a Lillington Highway business Thursday has yet to be determined, the Spring Lake Fire Department chief said.The department and the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office are working to find out how the fire at Bea’s Used Tires at 2647 Lillington Highway, or N.C. 210, started, Chief T.J.
