Some southern Syrian rebels to leave to north in Russian deal-rebel sources
Syrian rebels in Deraa province who are not willing to reconcile with the government will leave to insurgent-held areas of the north under a Russian-brokered agreement that will also restore Syrian state sovereignty over a border crossing with Jordan, rebel sources said on Friday.
