Sea turtle nest disturbed at Kure Beach
KURE BEACH — Officials are looking for a person who dug up and disturbed a sea turtle nest in Kure Beach Thursday night. “He got within a couple of inches of the eggs,” said Nancy Busovne of the Pleasure Island Sea Turtle Project.
