Shelby — A woman is accused of leaving her six children alone while she went drinking.Around 10:30 p.m. Monday, Shelby Police received a call from a concerned grandmother, Angela Jarrett, who said her daughter left her six children, ranging in age from six months to 11 years, alone in a house without running water for more than five hours, according to arrest reports.Officer M.J.
