North Carolina police shoot woman during disturbance call
A Gastonia Police officer shot a woman during a dispute involving a man at a south Gastonia home Sunday night. Police were called to 401 Gray St. around 11:30 p.m. There, officers reportedly encountered a man who refused to drop his weapon. Jarvis Sentell Lynn, a convicted felon, wouldn’t let go of his American Tactical 1911 Military .45-caliber pistol, according to an arrest warrant.
