North Carolina man charged with strangling pregnant woman
A Wilmington man accused of strangling a pregnant woman was arrested Wednesday.Frederick Courtland Jackson, 22, of College College Street in Wilmington was arrested on July 25 by the Jacksonville Police Department and charged with assault by strangulation, first degree burglary, battery of an unborn child, interfering with emergency communication, larceny from the person, assault on a female and second degree kidnapping.Jackson is accused of breaking into a woman’s […]
