North Carolina man accused in assault on Uber driver
CHARLOTTE— A man identified by police in North Carolina as a registered sex offender has been charged in connection with an assault on an Uber driver. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police say the female driver told officers she picked up a man last Saturday morning.
