A man who was a person of interest in the disappearance of a Fayetteville resident in March was killed Tuesday in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.Mark Allen Verhasselt, 42, of the 5200 block of Rockingham Road, was found dead in the parking lot of an apartment complex, according to a Fayetteville Police Department release.
