Mexico extradites key lieutenant of drug kingpin 'El Chapo' to U.S.
Mexico extradited to the United States on Friday a senior lieutenant of the Sinaloa Cartel drug gang formerly headed by Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman, the attorney general’s office said.
